Customer Service & Shipping - Customer service on the phone and via IM was terrific. HOWEVER, I specifically asked if production and shipping could be delayed by 1 week so package would not arrive while I was on vacation. The rep said absolutely, but then the package arrived as originally scheduled. This was disappointing. If she had told me from the start it was not possible, I would have arranged at that time for someone to pick it up. Instead, I had to worry about finding someone while I was on vacation.
